Free Daily Quick Write Lessons
Are you looking for a way to support your English Language Learners during the next few weeks of school closures? I know a lot of you all are like me and are searching for lessons, videos, and worksheets.
That is why I want to provide your ELLs with a FREE daily writing practice.
In these lessons, I will be building background knowledge with videos and informational text. After we build background knowledge, I will walk your ELLs how to write an opinion paragraph based on the topic.
If your students have access to the internet, they can type them in a Google Doc or Microsoft Suite. For the students who have limited access to the internet encourage them to write it in a notebook.
The beauty of doing it this way is that you can just email/text your ELLs parents and guardians the Youtube link.
These lessons are FREE to you and your ELLs. I want to encourage you to share them with teachers who are going through this same struggle.
